Welcome!

I’m looking forward to talking!  Please take time to read this section and fill out the form, because I want to save you time in the long run! If you are having a mental health crisis, please call 911, the Multnomah County Crisis Line at 503-988-4888, or the Dave Romprey Warm Line at 1-800-698-2392.

-Filling out this form and completing the free consultation does not constitute a therapist-client relationship.  That does not begin until the first session if we mutually agree to begin services.

-Please note it takes time to review each request. I will respond within 3 business days. If I don’t think I’ll be the best fit for your current needs, I will let you know.

-If I am accepting new clients and think we may be a good fit, I will reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We can decide together if our work together will match your needs.

- If you are currently having serious thoughts or plans to end your life or have had serious suicidal thoughts or made attempts in the last 6 months, we are not able to begin a therapeutic relationship at this time. I want you to get what you need, and my belief is that it will involve wraparound care.

-*Please note, email is not a secure form of communication.
